Review Application

This section lists any required fields that were left incomplete during the previous steps of the application. Please review the list and provide the required information. If no information was left missing, this section is left blank.

eCheck.Net

The application for an eCheck.Net account is separate from the application for a payment gateway account and internet merchant account. Your eCheck.Net account will not be set up until the appropriate documents have been received and processed by Authorize.Net. In order to submit your eCheck.Net account application, print out the eCheck.Net Required Documents and Signature Page, collect the documents listed, and fax or mail them to Authorize.Net. You should also review the eCheck.Net Terms and Conditions and print off a copy for your records. (You are not required to accept the eCheck.Net terms at this time.)

Internet Merchant Account

In order to submit your application to Authorize.Net for processing, you must review the Merchant Services Agreement, Disclosure Page and Guaranty. This application will be submitted to the most appropriate merchant account provider for your business.

IMPORTANT: You should be aware that the terms and conditions included here may not reflect those of the eventual provider of your internet merchant account. In that case, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the terms and conditions applicable to your account prior to it being set up. If your account is submitted to CyberSource, the Terms and Conditions listed here as well as the Internet Merchant Account fees indicated on the previous page would apply.

When you have finished reviewing the agreement, enter the Owner/Principal/Corporate Officer Name in the field provided and indicate whether or not you accept or decline the agreement. By selecting I acknowledge and accept all of the above terms and agreements, you indicate that you are entering into the agreement on behalf of your company and certify that you have the authority to do so. If you select I decline, you indicate that you do not agree to the Internet Merchant Agreement. Your payment gateway account will still be created, but you will not be able to process transactions until you have an Internet merchant account.

When you have finished reviewing the information and agreements necessary in order for your application to be submitted and processed, click Submit. If your application is missing required information, or if one of the agreements is left unaccepted, a pop-up window will appear letting you know that your application cannot be submitted. Click OK to return to the Review Application page.

Note: If you quit at any point during the application process without submitting the application, your progress will be saved automatically.
